Your Role

The Patient Advocate will focus on developing relationships with community referral sources to meet financial goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with management to develop sales plans
  • Initiating contracts with referral sources
  • Maintaining client base and meeting admission goals
  • Enhancing current services and developing new offerings
  • Researching market competitors and strategies
  • Acting as a liaison between sources and agency staff
  • Networking and promoting services

Your Profile

  • Experience with CRM and EHR systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations
