Foreman Position at PC Construction
PC is looking for Foremen to lead and work with crews on various construction projects, overseeing tasks such as concrete forming, carpentry, framing, roofing, drywall, flooring, ceilings, and siding.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience managing commercial construction crews and be familiar with all construction divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the crew
- Read and interpret drawings, perform material take-off, and order materials
- Plan and schedule work on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Work with tools when necessary and train others
- Travel to various job sites
