Responsible for managing customer service requests and inquiries by applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations.
Influence results by establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships; ensure a high degree of productivity and quality; including recommending process improvements and increasing digital adoption.
Adhere to established guidelines, policies and procedures and meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. You will report into the Operations Senior Manager.- Responds reliably to customer requests that support the business. Know how organization performs against customer expectations. Develop detailed, research-based understanding of the customer's needs, issues, and priorities. Work to improve customer satisfaction within the framework of the current product/service offered.
- Understand and accept need for change and new ideas. Expresses positive feelings about change. Produce new ideas and approaches about your role.
- Build and maintain customer relationships by demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, effective communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the business. Influence results by providing proactive customer service, education and communication. Provide customized service and take ownership. Ensure that important business partners are aware of operational processes and changes.
- Coordinate and assist with team and department projects including participating in identifying and implementing process improvement idea. Participate in special assignments to meet our needs.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in several customer service focused areas
- High school diploma required or GED equivalent
