We are Regency Village at Prineville, centrally located in Prineville, OR. We are a retirement / assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.

As a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.

You Will:
  • Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition
  • Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member
  • Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures
  • Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines
  • Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents
You currently:
  • Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving. If new to healthcare, we will train
  • Exude a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor
  • Compose reports in English
