We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

This role will play a key part in maintaining brand standards, driving revenue, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
Support staff training and development initiatives to maintain high service standards and promote professional growth.
Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
Implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial goals.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Serve as a role model for staff, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, with supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hotel industry trends, technology, and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
