About The Information Technology Department: The Information Technology (IT) Division collaborates with all PUCO departments to identify and support IT solutions necessary for the agency's critical functions. IT experts: maintain over 50 business applications, plan and deploy new IT solutions, provide support for various devices, manage production systems, and oversee the agency's online presence.

What You'll Do:

  • Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, and more
  • Create & manage sandbox environments
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions based on user experience
  • Identify platform features for optimization
  • Create platform roadmap and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Perform system maintenance and updates
  • Coordinate DevOps and release management
  • Assist in requirements gathering and development
  • Lead technical discussions and guide junior developers
  • Communicate and collaborate across IT and business areas
  • Perform additional assigned duties
