Your Role:

As a Loss Prevention Associate, your main responsibility is to proactively prevent shortages resulting from internal theft, external theft, fraud, and paperwork errors.


What You'll Do:
  • Ensure protection of company assets, people, property, and information systems.
  • Conduct investigations related to various incidents including employee dishonesty, credit fraud, workplace violence, and accidents.
  • Respond to emergency situations like medical emergencies, fires, weather incidents, and security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Enforce Loss Prevention Policy & Procedures, maintain Merchandise Protection Standards and Safety protocols.
  • Control access to the facility by identifying authorized personnel, issuing visitor passes, and upkeeping sign-in logs.
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside the facility to prevent security breaches and safety hazards.
What You Bring:
  • Present yourself professionally at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, visitors, and vendors.
  • Proficient in written communication and standard office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Familiarity with operating safety and security equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:

The role may involve sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, and occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds. Duties might require working outdoors, during adverse weather conditions, and in low light. Accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities upon request.
