Leasing Consultant Position at Our Company

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Full-Time Leasing Consultant. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, well-organized individual who's ready to hit the ground running.

Job Details:
  • Position: Full-Time Leasing Consultant
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sell the advantages of apartment living to potential and current residents
  • Achieve and maintain occupancy targets
  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with potential and current residents
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
  • Conduct professional and informative tours of apartments and community facilities
  • Meet rental and occupancy objectives
  • Handle lease renewals and income certifications
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for new residents
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and community partners
  • Comply with company policies and regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of subsidy regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Capable of handling emergency situations professionally

Skills required: Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, Communication, Internet Savvy.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
