Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Manage court reservations and ensure timely scheduling of games.
  • Handle equipment rentals, sales, and maintenance.
  • Provide information about club events, programs, and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including courts and common areas.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including tournaments and social gatherings.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Support the overall operations of the club, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, in accordance with local laws for serving alcohol.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain any necessary certifications or permits for serving alcohol (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Pickleball and Padel tennis is a plus, but not required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
