Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead to solve customer plant on-site problem in a timely manner including, but not limited to warehouse, logistic, delivery, customer production issues?
  2. Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect, resolve production issue, communicate with customer/CATL, to mitigate issue impact?
  3. Build deep contact with customers, establish good customer relationship, and enhance customers' perception of our company's services?
  4. Gain insight into targeted dynamics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in achieving new project targeting and business expansion.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above;
  2. At least 3 years' experience in project management and operation in the automotive industry, familiar with project or operation rules, and able to work independently;
  3. Clear thinking, meticulous thinking, and high-risk awareness;
  4. Strong communication and affinity skills, able to quickly establish stable and deep relationships with customers, and effectively manage customer and project resources;
  5. Good at teamwork and cross departmental collaboration, strong self-drive, pressure resistance, and strong execution ability;
  6. Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred;
  7. Local OEM work experience are preferred.
