Job Summary

This is an entry-level position responsible for providing technical and administrative support to project managers in the engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, answering questions related to project scope, schedule, and budget, and monitoring project progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze project plans, technical documents, and commercial documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to questions and requests from project managers and other stakeholders regarding project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Prepare and maintain project records, including cost estimates, schedules, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this job include sitting for long periods, using a computer, and occasional travel to project sites. The work environment is a climate-controlled office with a moderate noise level.
