We are hiring operators with demolition experience to operate our late model equipment. Operators are classified based on the level of equipment you operate.*YOU MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE EQUIPMENT LISTED BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION*Medium Equipment: Skid steer, Brokk & Water Truck (CDL not required but a plus)

Large Equipment:
from 20,000 lb.-200,000 lb. excavators w/a multitude of attachments (Ball, beam, hammer, processor, shear, UHD Booms with processors)

Job Requirements:
MUST have Reliable Transportation. Must have a clean driving record. MVR's will be checked.
MUST be dependable and punctual.
You will be required to lift 50lbs or more, climb on equipment for inspections.
Schedules vary. We work nights, days and weekends if necessary.
Operators are required to grease and fuel their own equipment, with the equipment/trucks DQD provides.

Job Description:
On-time arrival on EVERY shift.
Greasing and inspecting the equipment prior to the start of shift.
Operating equipment in a safe, productive, and efficient manner without causing damage to the surrounding areas/equipment.
Post inspecting the equipment and reporting any deficiencies to the management team. Dickens Quality Demolition has been an industry leader in the Arizona market for 27 years.
