Job Summary:
Serve as Assistant Director of the College of Education and Human Sciences Student Academic Services. Direct supervision and reporting responsibility for CEHS academic advisors. Serve as a liaison to departmental/school academic units and to corresponding Managers in the Office of First Student Success. Provide leadership related to policies, procedures, and processes for academic advisors in the Center for Student Success/APSS. Actively participate in student engagement, retention and persistence endeavors. Effectively manage advising caseload (majors, second majors/degrees, minors, and certificates). Collaborate with advising team leadership to ensure a consistent advising culture. Co-teach EDHS 1111 (in-load or overload), as needed. Represent and/or act on behalf of the Director with campus partners, as needed.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree and three years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education and Human Sciences, or Higher Education and Student Affairs discipline and three years of direct academic advising, student retention, student development, and staff supervision.
