Support Staff

As a member of our support team you will work closely with our dining room and culinary teams to create unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
Our support team is cross trained as back servers, kitchen servers, and hosts and get to learn about many parts of the restaurant.
We are a small team and value both individual contributors and their growth and education as well as the restaurant's culture as a whole.

About Chef Elliot and Charlie's:
Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Keller's world-renowned The French Laundry, has opened a restaurant of his own named Charlie's after his four-year old son.
The menu at Charlie's revolves around local purveyors and have seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chef's favorite family recipes, and highlighting the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.
