Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Retail Sales Analyst-Target possesses the initiative and creative thought processes to identify sales trends within their business. They will also be committed to being an energetic and positive driver of the company's vision and goals and have a voice to share ideas. Customer service skills are on top of mind at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Analytics for overall business performance and future forecasting.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Inventory management of domestic and import programs.
  • Promotional planning.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Industry trends.
  • Strong relationship building.
Qualifications
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, commitment, positivity, and integrity.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple lines and daily tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of the overall best practices of the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of major Target technology systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business, retail or sales.
  • 3 or more years of Retail Business Analyst experience, must include Target account experience.
  • Proven knowledge of Target processes.
