Job Title: Clinical Documentation Analyst

Summary: Primary contact for inpatient clinical applications within the electronic health record, responsible for EHR application integration.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary support contact for end-users.
  • Identifying and resolving issues within the application area and across other teams.
  • Guiding workflow design, system testing, and technical analysis of Epic (Wisconsin) software.
  • Implementing system changes based on user and organizational needs.
  • Serving as a liaison between end users and Epic (Wisconsin) staff.
  • Communicating regularly with Epic (Wisconsin) representatives.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs.
  • Understanding operational requirements to optimize workflows.
  • Participating in training and assisting end users.
  • Troubleshooting system issues and providing project updates to leadership.
  • Participating in team communications to address deliverables and concerns.

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, RT, or RRT.
  • Minimum one year of experience in healthcare.
  • Must obtain EPIC (Wisconsin) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
