What We Expect:

  • Answers phone calls from guests in a warm and friendly manner regarding car retrieval.
  • Greets guests retrieving parked cars, collects parking fees, and directs valet parkers.
  • Maintains key control for parked cars and handles payment transactions.
  • Manages guest interactions with professionalism, addresses inquiries, and resolves complaints.
  • Provides overnight relief coverage for Valet Parking Attendants.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum one-year experience as a Valet Parking Attendant in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
