Maintenance Crew - Senior Technician - Full-Time

We are searching for a skilled and experienced leader in the maintenance field to join our team of successful dealerships.

The opening for a Senior Maintenance Technician will give you the opportunity to utilize your expertise to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all our regional Hertrich Family of Dealerships while optimizing processes, procurement, and refining scheduling for our dedicated maintenance professionals.

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for exceptional candidates to join our expanding team. Duties of the Senior Maintenance Crew, Senior Technician:

  • Minor electrical maintenance including equipment repairs and fixture replacements
  • Minor plumbing maintenance such as leak repairs and faucet replacements
  • Minor carpentry repairs and painting
  • HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Building and equipment inspections
  • Supervising vendor activities for various repairs
  • Traveling between sites as necessary
  • Other assigned duties

Job Qualifications for Senior Maintenance Crew:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Three years of building maintenance experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
  • Ability to work independently and oversee others
  • Physically capable of lifting and other activities
  • Valid Driver's License with minimal violations
  • Willingness to travel between locations
