Salary Information:
As a
Recruiter Trainee:
(first 3 months in the role) you will be paid an hourly rate of $26.44 per hour.
As a Recruiter 1:
(after you successfully complete 3 months of training) you will become a salaried employee and will be paid an annual base salary of $50,000 plus weekly commission ($182.31/wk guaranteed in the state of CA) with a Cost of Living Adjustment of $10,000.
