At RenewAire, you will be part of a modern and safe manufacturing facility that offers competitive pay and benefits.

We are looking for a dedicated Fabrication Technician to operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment for the assembly of HVACR components. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, takes initiative, and ensures efficient equipment operation.



If you have experience with continuous web or hot melt processes, we would like to hear from you. YOU WILL:
  • Start-up, run, and shut-down production equipment
  • Update automated equipment settings
  • Operate equipment focusing on quality and efficiency
  • Handle raw materials and finished products
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks
  • Assist in troubleshooting and supporting teammates
  • Cross train on multiple machines
  • Collaborate with engineers for process improvement
  • Setup equipment and change tooling
  • Read blueprints and follow instructions
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Support new product development

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience with hot melt and web handling is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot line defects
  • Load and manage raw materials
  • Operate testing equipment consistently
  • Basic computer skills
  • Read engineering drawings and instructions
  • Mathematical skills for measurements
