Job Description

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for providing support for product focused lines of business.

This includes managing projects and initiatives and coordinating marketing campaigns for assigned lines of business to support the organization's strategic initiatives and specific line of business goals.

Core Job Requirements/Outcomes


Support line of business goals and key organization initiatives by managing and creating integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches across multiple platforms and channels.


Lead Brand Marketing efforts on product related cross-functional projects by coordinating project planning, and prioritizing key deliverables all while working to accomplish tasks to fit into the department workload.


Identify trends and best practices to uncover opportunities for product differentiation by partnering and collaborating with line of key partners such as BI Analytics, Product Management and Market Research.

Other Essential Functions

Create marketing and creative briefs and campaign lookbacks and share with leadership and key line of business partners.


Assist in budget management efforts to ensure ROI is maximized and marketing objectives are met while staying within allotted budget.


Collaborate with Communications, Retail, Product Management, and Training to identify and develop key messaging to assist with product launch execution.

Maintain effective communication with team members and line of business partners.

Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
