We'll Count on You To:

  • Provide support and address production issues for operational efficiency.
  • Act as a mentor to share knowledge and help team members thrive in a fast-evolving technology environment.
What You Need to Have:
  • A bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience as a product and platform developer for a large financial services platform.
  • 5 to 7 years of software development experience in JS Frameworks (React essential), Python, SQL, Core Java and/or C#, Restful APIs, RDBMS, and/or NoSQL.
  • Required technical skills include Python, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), NoSQL (Elasticsearch or any document database preferred), Messaging systems (SQS/Kafka), Restful APIs (FastAPI/Flask preferred), Container technologies like Docker or AWS Elastic Container Service.
  • Experience working in a Cloud environment (preferably AWS) for development and production.
  • Strong grasp of system architecture, object-oriented design, functional constructs, and distributed architectures.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, preferably Agile.
  • Proficiency in development tools, including IDEs, source control systems, unit-testing tools, and defect management tools using automated build and deployment (CI/CD).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
