PeaceHealth Fisher's Landing Family Medicine Clinic in Vancouver, Washington, is in search of a full-time BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our dynamic team of collaborative clinicians. The newly established internal medicine service line, comprising four Internists, will establish a close referral partnership with the PeaceHealth specialty clinicians at Southwest Medical Center, conveniently located just a short drive from the clinic. PeaceHealth's aim is to expand the provision of high-quality primary care to address the needs of a more complex and aging population in our communities. PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center provides a wide range of medical specialty services and programs.
Key Points about the practice:
- Join a well-established practice consisting of 25 physicians and clinicians, offering a mix of traditional Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, and Advanced Practice
- Manage up to 22 patients daily, collaborating closely with a Medical Assistant, consulting with colleagues for complex case management, utilizing EPIC EMR
- Work a four to five-day week, with a Call Ratio of 1:20, evening triaged phone calls, and one working Saturday per quarter
- Benefit from on-site services including Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic Specialists, Phlebotomist, and Behavioral Health Providers
- Access in-house Palliative Care and Hospice clinicians, Controlled Substance Management, and Chronic Care Coordination Teams
