We are responsible for building backend and full stack applications used across Datadog.

This includes the user account lifecycle platform which supports employee onboarding, offboarding, account recertification, and SaaS license management, device posture monitoring solutions and e-discovery.


As a Software Engineer on the Enterprise Engineering - Integrations team, you will help us move faster and more efficiently by writing code to create extensible and scalable platforms used across Datadog.

You will build the foundation for some of our most integral automation systems that enable your colleagues to succeed and Datadog to scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify gaps and design automated solutions to address Datadog's business needs
  • Design and build scalable full stack tools that have companywide impact
  • Add and deploy features to existing applications
  • Participate in a team oncall rotation to troubleshoot and solve issues with our tools

Who You Are:

  • You have significant experience in one or more languages (e.g. Go, Python), with the interest and drive to learn additional tools and technologies
  • You enjoy working with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver real value
  • You have experience designing, building, and deploying scalable enduser applications; preferably in AWS
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as working with remote team members
  • You take an active role in identifying and proposing initiatives to improve existing systems.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $149,000 to $190,000, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation.

Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
