Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team to support multiple locations regarding accounts payable process.
- Coordination and communication with vendors, including new vendor set up.
- Work independently or as a team and take a proactive role to assure AP items are completed on or ahead of schedule.
- Process employee expense reports and insure proper coding.
- Oversee Company credit card including reconciliation, and accounts payable posting.
- Maintain 1099 contractor processing.
- Provide backup support to the Company's Staff Accountant.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- College degree not required but preferred (associates or bachelor) or 3+ years of experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Great customer service.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
