The Marketing Communications Manager will promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the sales organization, IWCO, and the public through the creation and distribution of sales tools, brochures, social media content, news releases, corporate website and other documents related to articulating our value proposition.

The Marketing Communications Manager will promote the corporate identity and mission to customers, the sales organization, IWCO, and the public through the creation and distribution of sales tools, brochures, social media content, news releases, corporate website and other documents related to articulating our value proposition.


Primary Duties/Responsibilities:


Oversee and produce, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization – primarily as client facing collateral for IWCO Sales or through our outbound marketing platforms.

Plan coordinate, prepare, and distribute original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, white papers, social media posts, and other updates.

Ensure all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and brand.

Coordinate with Director of Creative and Creative Resource Manager to identify creative resources (copywriters, designers and other creative roles as necessary) to create planned materials, create timelines, prioritize needs and oversee project execution.

Manage day to day content updates to corporate website in WordPress, and partners with MDG for ongoing initiatives and site updates.

Manage social media channels, developing content calendar, executing posts and conducting social media monitoring for negative sentiment.
Develop and manage IWCO direct mail campaigns in partnership with SalesForce team for execution and Lead Gen monitoring.
Manage outbound organic and paid media strategies including content creation and partnering with third party vendors.

Promote and attend special events and functions; promote and report on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.

Arrange for photography and/or press coverage for special events.
Perform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software (e,g, Adobe Creative Suite).
Exp. working in WordPress platform.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate flexibility and accountability.
Exp. with Social Media Platform management including LinkedIn and Facebook.

Education and Experience:
BS degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, publications, or a related field required.
Experience in working with SalesForce or like CRM Platform.
Familiarity with organic and paid media campaign planning and execution.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
