This position involves outside territory sales, providing you with flexibility in scheduling and the autonomy to plan your work week. You will be interacting with small to medium-sized businesses, showcasing our top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training will encompass classroom sessions, hands-on experience with our top performers, and self-paced learning modules.

Although a background in athletics, military, law enforcement, or a proven history of success is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are seeking motivated individuals prepared to make a difference.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to manage leads and generate clients, while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as necessary
  • Arrange meetings with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance requirements
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team
  • Personally visit new businesses, establish relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and provide ongoing service to existing clients
  • Develop and maintain your own client portfolio
  • Collaborate with your sales team manager to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives for yourself
  • Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours, and submit your schedule to your sales team manager weekly
  • Record daily work statistics and sales activity updates at the conclusion of each workday

  • Quick-thinking with exceptional situational awareness and critical thinking capabilities
  • Hunger for learning and growth, strong time management skills, and the capability to work autonomously
  • Individuals with a background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues tend to excel in our environment

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pass a thorough pre-employment background check
  • Possess an Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Hold an Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or be willing to obtain one - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed)
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or have a minimum of 4 years of post-high school work experience (consideration will be given to candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience but relevant sales or athletic background)
