Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
• 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience is required.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license prior to placement start.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required to apply. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Assignment is for 26-32 weeks
Guaranteed Hours 36
8/9/10/12 rotating H/wk.; Must be flexible with schedule. No block schedules for any reason.
8 weeks min e/o weekend required; No holiday RTO
Float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin
ESRD: Chronic renal pts
RN for Outpatient Dialysis - Min 1 year outpt experience required
Epic experience required within the past two years
IVS does interviews/OFFERS
Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
