Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Associate on the Experiential marketing team at Jack Link s, you will find your coordinating field marketing activity throughout the country.

The cultivation of sponsorship opportunities, hosted events, and brand activations will be the day to day.

You will have the opportunity to travel to events, engage with customers and consumers directly, and represent the Jack Link s family of brands through unique activations and sampling events.

The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
EVENT COORDINATIONResponsible for remote administrative tasks associated with activations in the fieldIntake & processing event requests from stakeholders. Secure and coordinate temporary staff (Brand Ambassadors & Sasquatch character talent)

Manage sourcing, transportation, and deployment of event materials EVENT EXECUTIONResponsible for managing Tier 2 event planning & execution, in addition to support of Tier 1 event activation planning & executionTier 2 ManagementTravel to eventsCoordinate with event properties to solidify activation plans and detailsExecute sampling events and standard Tier 2 brand activation exhibitTier 1 SupportAdministrative:
Issue temporary staffing requests to 3rd party agencyCoordinate transportation logisticsTravel to eventsAvailable to assist with larger events


fulfill role based on event/activation needs including, but not limited to the set up infrastructure/assets, sampling and coordination of temporary staffing executional tasks on-siteCoordinate ordering of productCoordinate wearables orderCoordinate infrastructure asset/infrastructure productionLOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENTManagement of the Experiential warehouse space housing brand assets & infrastructureWarehouse organization and maintenanceMaintain asset schedule and check-in/out proceduresManagement of outbound & inbound shipments, including but not limited to submitting freight pick-ups, creating shipping labels for packages, and receiving all freight and packagesAssets pull, pack, and preparation for activationsCleaning of assets post-activationOTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIESAdministrative and clerical tasks associated with the setup and reconciliation of Experiential activation of LSI brands.

Post event recapping documentsCollection and cataloguing of event based contentAny necessary follow ups produced in the field from brand activation, including the directing leads to appropriate internal partiesSubmission of event related expenses to appropriate partiesQualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEPreferred Education:
BA Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent
