Experience hiring complex, technical roles and product roles (Software Engineering, UI/UX, Product and Marketing
English is the Matchr language of choice as an organization.
A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Background recruiting in the US market and collaborating with international clients.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.
