Lead Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

What You'll Do:- Observe and coach our school-based Physical Therapist team.- Create systems for assessing knowledge and coaching needs.- Design and facilitate professional development (in individual and group settings) to drive excellence in practice and school partnership.- Provide guidance and support around federal, state, and local regulations and systems relative to Physical Therapy. This includes 504/IEP development, evaluation systems, timelines, IEP goals, and quarterly reporting.

Requirements:- Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins.- School-based experience is required.- Proven experience coaching and developing a team of school-based practitioners is required.- Hold a current TN Physical Therapist License- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE accredited program- K-12 school-based experience
