Attorney - Insurance Defense

My customer is a well known legal firm with 40 locations throughout the nation. They are in search of Associate Lawyers with 2-8 years of experience to join their growing general liability and personal injury department.

On a day to day basis, Associates will collaborate closely with lead Lawyers on all stages of legal action, from prompt response investigations after significant losses, case assessment and reporting, discovery and depositions, to trial demonstration, with a focus on strategic planning to achieve client goals.

Minimum Requirements:

You should hold a valid license in California - no exceptions.

Proficiency in conducting and defending depositions, responding to discovery, and composing motions are mandatory.

Familiarity with California labor laws is advantageous but not mandatory.

Exceptional research and writing abilities are essential.

Background in insurance defense litigation and basic knowledge of carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
