- Shift differential pay for eligible hours worked (nights and weekends)
Responsibilities as a Client Services Coordinator:
- Greet every individual entering the hospital warmly and professionally
- Offer compassionate listening and clear communication to clients
- Assess pet conditions and emergency situations promptly
- Provide emotional support to grieving clients with discretion
- Confirm appointments and offer necessary information to clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and service agencies
