For over four decades, Rees Scientific has been a pioneer in compliance through continuous environmental monitoring systems. Our cutting-edge technology is designed to monitor various parameters, ensuring precision from +1300 to -196 °C. Our systems are instrumental in a wide array of settings, such as stability chambers, freezers, refrigerators, and more.
We are currently in search of Area Sales Executives to join our prestigious Worldwide Sales Team. The main focus will be selling top-of-the-line environmental monitoring systems to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This role will encompass the full Sales Life Cycle, from strategizing and prospecting to closing deals and expanding client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties of this role include:
- Identifying prospects and cultivating leads for new business.
- Achieving and surpassing revenue targets consistently.
- Establishing key relationships with decision-makers.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to secure new clients.
- Researching and compiling lists of potential customers for lead generation.
- Attending trade shows and visiting customers within the assigned territory.
- Providing consultative advice on system solutions based on product knowledge.
- 3-5 years of B2B solution selling experience, preferably in Software, Medical, Life Sciences, or biotechnology.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and closing deals with senior executives.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and resilient individual with exceptional communication skills.
- Exhibit core values such as prioritizing customer experience and teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience or equivalent combination.
