We are looking for a qualified professional who will:


- Drive sales performance and exceed profit targets by continuously identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships.


- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels and handle sales inquiries effectively for optimal sales conversion rates.
- Work collaboratively and communicate efficiently to meet the company's key performance indicators.

Main responsibilities:


- Generate profitable new business by leveraging market insights, prospecting, and utilizing Beck & Pollitzer's resources effectively.


- Identify prospects and generate project inquiries, consistently showcasing full project and service management capabilities.
- Identify key stakeholders within target organizations to maximize cross-selling opportunities and boost market share.
- Conduct customer/site visits and company presentations to strengthen relationships and ensure full customer support from negotiation to post-sale.
- Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with new clients through various channels.

Experience and qualifications required:


- Strong sales or contract management background, particularly in production equipment installation settings.


- Demonstrated success in acquiring new business within a service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical and installation engineering projects and processes.
- Commercial awareness with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages and internal systems.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in machinery movement and installation industry.
