Field Nurse Practitioner / Wound Care

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Nurse Practitioner / Wound Care to fill an opening with a well-known healthcare organization in Gainesville, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Field Nurse Practitioner / Wound Care:
  • Provide and manage an individualized wound care treatment plan for patients out in the field
  • Prescribes medications and/or durable medical equipment to assist in healing of wounds
  • Educate patient and family regarding wound care
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 4x10 hour shifts
Required Qualifications for Field Nurse Practitioner / Wound Care:
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
  • Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and/or American Nurses Credentialing Center
  • Licensed by the Florida State Board of Nursing and in good standing with DEA license
  • Experience with wound care and working in the field
