As a part of Pegasystems' consulting organization, the Marketing Decisioning Business Consultant plays a critical leadership role in helping Pega's customers and partners realize opportunities for improvement through the implementation of marketing, decisioning and analytics solutions.

A partner with the customer and the technical teams, this consultative role aligns strategic goals with decisions regarding business and IT initiatives and the related systems that link these aspects of the enterprise together.

The Lead Architect works with a dynamic project team to structure the enterprise in terms of its business processes and business information.

This position will collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the business functions of the delivered solution match customer requirements

What You'll Do at Pega:

Work in a business advisory capacity with key customer and Pega partner stakeholders across Marketing Business Functions to define and agree effective customer Marketing and Decisioning strategies.

Articulate what Customer Decision Management, Always On Marketing and AI mean in a practical sense; how does it deliver the Business Vision and Objectives.

Lead and evangelize optimal use of modeling insights, analysis, simulation, measurement and reporting to maximize effectiveness of strategies, return on investment and customer experience.

Ensure that the delivery teams understand the customer program objectives, challenges and overall context.

Complete customer journey mapping and optimization to drive an effective and engaging customer experience.

Who You Are:

A hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in customer organizations on all phases of the software development life-cycle.

Consultants must have the ability to learn complex material quickly and manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.

What You've Accomplished:
BA / BS Degree.

Extensive commercial experience working in Marketing and Decisioning domain in senior business consulting roles.

Hands-on and lead consultant experience with designing and implementing Marketing and Decisioning software solutions (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications.

Deep knowledge of direct Marketing principles and processes – such as campaign management, email marketing, propensity modeling, control groups, measurement, test and learn.

Expert understanding of customer strategy, contact optimization and interpretation of analytics.
