Salary Range:
$14.50 per hourA Valet Dispatcher must be organized and professional. They are required to maintain a positive and friendly attitude in a fast-paced and hectic environment. Their responsibilities include cash handling, answering calls, coordinating valet runs, and organizing and monitoring guests' keys.

Dispatchers must be able to maintain an organized and professional work environment in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
The dispatcher will be required to accept and process valet fees, answer multiple inquiries simultaneously, coordinate the parking and retrieving of guest vehicles while keeping track of all vehicle keys.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must successfully pass the preemployment criminal background screening.
- Must pass preemployment Drug Testing process.
- Must successfully pass any other additional preemployment background screening.
- Needs to be familiar and comfortable with computers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to work in fast paced, high volume active guest service environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Follow company appearance guidelines.
- Uphold clients guest service guidelines and values.
- Ability to lift 70lbs
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions
Appearance Guidelines
Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes.
It is the policy of the Company that each employee's dress, grooming, and personal hygiene should be appropriate to the work situation and be consistent with the Company's business standards.
- For all male employees a fully grown in, wellmaintained mustache, beard or goatee is permitted.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
- Clean & well maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
- Additional requirements as specified by management
