Linwood is currently seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant in Davenport, Iowa.

Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for the front desk operations, including receptionist duties, general clerical work, verifying vendor credentials & assigning site training, and assisting with some accounting functions. The Admin Assistant must be detail oriented with strengths in coordinating multiple schedules, oral and written communication skills, and office organization. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will also work closely with the Safety Manager to assist with various safety paperwork completion and other safety-related administrative tasks, such as ordering PPE.

What makes you successful in this position?
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure quality standards are met. Basic accounting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various types of computer programs. A knack for customer service and phone etiquette skills.Previous clerical experience in an office environment. A high school diploma or GED equivalent and a valid driver's license and clean MVR to meet insurance standards are required.
