Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a collegial team of Hospitalists with Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, the largest and one of the most comprehensive tertiary care facilities in Arizona.
Clinical responsibilities for this opportunity include working in collaboration with a team of hospitalist physicians to admit, manage, and discharge hospitalized patients of all acuity levels.
The team member will be involved in clinical management of patient, performance of therapeutic and diagnostic tests/procedures, prescribing medications, Observation admission/discharges, telephone cross coverage and assist with any emergency situations with Rapid responses and/or Code Blues.
o 3-13 hour shifts/week, 6 pm-7am.o Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans
Acute Care, Cardiology, GI and/or Inpatient experience is highly desirable
