About the Role

Banner Health, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join its team of Hospitalists at Banner Estrella Medical Center. As a premier non-profit healthcare network, Banner Health is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical management of patients, including rounding, therapeutic and diagnostic tests/procedures, and prescribing medications.
  • Participate in cross-coverage and assist with emergency situations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Experienced ACNP preferred, with new graduates having acute care RN experience.
  • Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts per week, with night coverage (7pm-7am).
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority required.
