We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our corporate marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and sales growth.


Job Summary:


As a Marketing Manager at the company's headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and ultimately drive business growth.

You will oversee various aspects of marketing, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, branding, advertising, and market research.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Lead development/execution of global brand marketing assets and strategic marketing and communications plans (internal and external communications), advise/collaborate with executives/departments on building brand presence via marketing and advertising solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and strategies. Create then analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance and ROI.
Own all aspects of corporate marketing, including internal and external communications, website management, and corporate collateral.
Manage and measure the effectiveness of all social media channels for the company, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
Update and manage social media accounts by creating a publishing calendar and integrating engaging content.

Create original content, including writing/copyediting, and reviewing/editing of external resources, ensuring vision and messaging are delivered appropriately across social media marketing platforms, digital media (web/email campaigns), and print media.

Coordinate and project manage with team members to ensure the timely completion of RFP's.
Create and maintain brand consistency across all communications channels internal and external.
Oversee the company's website including project management, content creation and development of user experience framework.
Lead company photo and video initiatives, including the photography, video editing, and management of related content archives.
Write/deploy employee e-mail communications and successfully publish monthly newsletter to support organizational communications and objectives.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing initiatives.

Qualifications - Education, Experience, License/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand building.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Proficient in both photography and video editing.
