Join Our Team as a Ticket Seller
Our company is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Ticket Sellers at the Mobile Convention Center, Civic Center, and Theater. As a Ticket Seller, you will be the go-to person for all ticketing needs, providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Here's what we offer for this position:
- Hourly wage of $20.00
- Full-time benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, matching contributions, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Master the ticketing systems and understand their operation.
- Be knowledgeable about each event's details such as ticket prices, seating arrangements, and restrictions.
- Efficiently and accurately process transactions on the ticketing system.
- Engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner.
- Handle monetary transactions with precision.
- Guide patrons to the appropriate ticket taker.
- Ensure all ticket sales revenues are accurately reconciled.
- Maintain organized and confidential records.
- Complete any other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service and handling cash
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
