Ticket sellers are an information center who will understand and operate the ticketing system, and provide excellent customer service to all guests at the Mobile Convention Center, Civic Center, and Theater.

They must know and understand each event, its seating charts, and configurations of the venues.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $ $15.00

  • •"," ":"hybridMultilevel"}" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-posinset="0" data-aria-level="1">Know and understand the seating charts and configurations of the Mobile Convention Center, Civic Center, and theater.
  • •"," ":"hybridMultilevel"}" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-posinset="0" data-aria-level="1">Perform transactions for all events on the ticketing system with efficiency and accuracy.
  • •"," ":"hybridMultilevel"}" aria-setsize="-1" data-aria-posinset="0" data-aria-level="1">Collect proper currency or credit card amount for purchase of ticket(s) as well as give back proper number of tickets and correct change.
