Opportunities for AdvancementShift differentials for 2nd Shift: 6% extra per hour 3rd Shift: 8% extra per hourWhat will be your role?You will be responsible for setting up and operating Multi-Axis Turning and Milling Cells, handling 2 to 3 machine cell assignments

Primary Responsibilities:
Follow instructions from supervisors to carry out production tasks based on process sheets, blueprints, or verbal directions.
Maneuver large and heavy parts manually or using appropriate equipment.
Operate machines for component processing.
Align and secure machine fixtures for safe operations.
Maintain machine and work area cleanliness and safety.
Inspect operations to ensure they meet specified tolerances.
Assist in other departments or areas as needed.

Details for Third Shift:
11:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday) What are we seeking?We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and enjoy collaborating with others in a dynamic environment.

Basic math skills, ability to understand and follow English instructions, and complete basic reports in EnglishPhysical strength to handle heavy items and perform manual tasksAbility to work scheduled hours and adhere to company policiesAbility to stand for extended periods during the shiftBasic knowledge of machining practices and materials is beneficialHaving mechanical knowledge is a plusTeam player mindsetAttention to detailReliabilityTo excel in this role, regular presence at the company's Clarksville, TX branch is required to perform all duties satisfactorily.
