Position: Shift Leader at Dunkin

Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals
  • Ensure Brand standards are met including food and beverage preparation
  • Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members
  • Coach and provide feedback to team members
  • Support training of team members
  • Oversight of safety, security, and profitability policies
  • Manage Inventory and cash during shift
  • Schedule team members for shifts
  • Provide great guest service and enforce Food Safety standards

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred

  • Demonstrates honesty, positivity, and punctuality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Guest focused and able to assist with training
  • Strong problem-solving and motivational skills

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs

  • Wearing a headset
