DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily Food Production and Serving Line Operation
  • Daily Ware Washing and Kitchen Sanitation
  • Follow HACCP Health and Safety Regulations
  • Additional Duties the Food Service Director may assign

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma
  • Food Preparation Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Food Service Regulations
  • Basic knowledge of all kitchen equipment, safety
