POSITION SUMMARY:

As a member of our team, you will actively contribute to security and public safety initiatives.

Compensation: Base pay starts at $20/hr with potential differentials based on the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a visible deterrent to criminal activities with a professional demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Report irregularities, security breaches, and safety hazards promptly and accurately.
  • Patrol client properties to identify suspicious activities and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with first responders and follow established protocols.
  • Adjust actions based on specific circumstances and perform assigned duties efficiently.
  • Work closely with patients and handle de-escalation situations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Flexible to work varying hours and demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Display initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally and exercise good judgment in interactions.
  • Willing to undergo background checks and write detailed reports using specific tools.
  • Evaluate situations accurately and address critical issues promptly.

Required Immunizations

  1. (2) doses of Varicella or proof of immunity
  2. (2) doses of MMR or proof of immunity
  3. (3) doses of Hep B or proof of immunity
  4. Tdap (dated within 10 years)
  5. Flu vaccine (from 8/23 onwards)
  6. TB Test (dated within the last 90 days)
  7. Covid Booster

Working Conditions:

  • Remain alert and attentive at all times.
  • Occasionally lift up to 80 lbs and engage in physical activities.
  • Perform tasks that require specific vision abilities and self-motivation.
