Every day, your tasks will include assessing patients' health status, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients. It's essential to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

At Dignity Health, we also provide an Education Benefit program for eligible employees after 180 days, offering debt relief and student loan assistance to help you reach your career goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for patients of diverse age groups.
  • Handles patients in complex situations with supervision.
  • Assists in managing patient care provided by other nursing staff members.
  • Assumes the role of Primary Nurse and Team Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • 9 months of RN experience.
  • Valid RN license in a compact state or Arizona.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.
  • Demonstrated competency in basic EKG skills within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • One year of pediatric RN experience.
  • American Heart Association Advanced Pediatric Life Support certification.
