In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the management of returnable containers, ensuring their smooth transition through the perishable supply chain, even in non-direct control scenarios. Work Schedule:
This position offers a hybrid work model with work-from-home days on Mondays and Fridays. The remaining days, Tuesday through Thursday, will be spent at our Colony Square office in Midtown.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the customer reporting process for container shipments and maintain detailed data and reports on customer shipments across all supply chains.
  • Develop and manage an audit schedule for customers.
  • Analyze customer asset usage patterns and present findings.
  • Conduct analysis of customer asset utilization including turns, losses, out-of-network shipments, and reporting for customer reviews led by the sales team.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes to reduce losses and enhance recovery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Food Banks to recover assets.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement opportunities for supply chain enhancement concerning Tosca's container assets.
  • Collaborate closely with Tosca's sales and supply chain teams across all supply chains.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance, supply chain, logistics, or asset management.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, operations management, or logistics.
  • Proven track record in analyzing key performance indicators to support business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective telephone communication.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and engage with both internal and external Tosca customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level is essential, with a desirable working knowledge of relational databases.
